The narrowest size in the range. Use it where a wide blade cannot reach: window and door reveals, internal corners, areas around sockets and switches, local patches after chasing. The second role is support work — you load compound with the narrow spatula and feed it onto the wide one.
Half-millimetre steel flexes less than a thin blade. Over a short span that gives control: the blade shears a ridge off instead of riding over it. For the finishing coat there is a 0.3 mm blade in the same width.
The working line is straight across the full width, so the coat lays down evenly, without waves or streaks, and less needs correcting once it dries.
The blade fits NOVQO plastic spatulas of the matching width. Spatulas with an aluminium body (ALU) take a separate blade series.
